Welcome to the latest updates post from Eventee. 🎉

Let's take you through the improvements in UI as well as the introduction of our new features. We are also excited to tell you about the amazing changes we've made regarding our roadmap. And lastly, there is an important announcement you definitely should not miss.

Are you ready to dive in?

🤩 Easier information editing

We've improved the user interface for editing event information. You can see the changes in your administration, tab Settings > Event. Newly, you can find and edit all your event information here.

This enhancement simplifies the organizer's task of maintaining accurate and current event information.

💪 Better attendee support

Additionally, we've added a new feature that allows you to leave contact information for attendees to reach out to you if they need anything. This way, you can provide better support and ensure that your attendees have the best experience possible. By default, your account's email will be added.

🚨 For technical reasons, "[email protected]" may appear in the contact field. Please, make sure to go to your administration and check that your contact email is correct. 🚨

Edit your contact information in your administration, where you will find your event's general information as well (as seen in the image above).

Attendees will see your contact information on the event's homepage, where they can easily contact you through a button.

📱 List of all speakers on mobile apps

Attendees on the Eventee mobile app can now view all the speakers and their detailed profiles within a few clicks.

They can access the full speakers list by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of the program screen. After that, they can open the profile of a speaker they would like to know more about.

🧭 New transparent Roadmap

We are thrilled to announce that we moved our Eventee roadmap to a new platform. We hope to convey our sincere appreciation for your input through transparency.

The new platform:

  • enables us to gather and organize feedback more effectively,
  • helps us better prioritize features based on your demands, which ultimately leads to a better experience for you,
  • allows us to streamline our product development process while also creating a more collaborative environment for our customers.
Eventee roadmap streamlines the product development and gives users an option to collaborate
Check out our new Roadmap.

Notes:

  • To be able to interact, you need to create an account or log in first.
  • Whenever there is an update, you will receive an email.

⚠️ Twitter update

Unfortunately, in light of the current events revolving around Twitter, we will no longer be able to support our Twitter integration. Despite that, we are confident that Eventee will continue to be a valuable companion for managing your event and engaging attendees.

Thank you for understanding.
