2025 was one of the busiest years we’ve ever had.
We’ve been laying foundations for our strategy shift. Making decisions that don’t always make headlines, but change everything that comes next.
And we’re excited to say it clearly now: 2026 will be BIG!
With so many things lined up, looking ahead to what awaits us in 2026 is incredibly thrilling. But it is just as exciting to look back at all we’ve accomplished.
Here are some of our favorite bits.
🤝 Meeting you in real life
Throughout the year, we had many opportunities to meet our customers in person and also be part of the events they work so hard to create. This gave us the chance to connect face-to-face, gather direct feedback, and see how our product is used in real-world event environments.
We attended a wide range of client events, including Marketing Festival, Czech On-line Expo, and the Engaged Investments Conference, along with many others throughout the year.
We also stepped into the spotlight with our own Eventee booth at Event Fest and Event Tech Live London. Attendees could try creating their own event on the spot and compete against others to win a free Eventee license. And the best part? Almost everyone managed to do it within 10 minutes, proving just how fast and intuitive event creation in Eventee really is.
And we’re not stopping there! We are happy to announce that next year, we’ll be attending International Confex.
🚀 Released features
Let’s take a moment to look back at some of the features we delivered in 2025. Every feature we rolled out this year was inspired by your feedback and designed with your needs in mind.
Our goal? To remove friction, save you time, and make event management smoother and more personalized.
Groups
Easily customize attendee access to content and features in the app (e.g. based on their tickets). Whether it's to give them access to specific engagement features, sessions in the schedule, or even notifications. With Groups, you'll have more control over how your event runs, ensuring that each attendee has access to exactly what they came for.
Dark mode for questions and polls
For events that display live questions or poll results on a big screen, we’ve introduced dark and light mode options. This simple but effective update gives organizers the flexibility to adjust the display to their venue’s lighting and presentation style, ensuring that content is always clear and easy to read.
Google & Microsoft SSO
All Eventee users are able to sign up and log in using Google or Microsoft SSO.
Alphabetical ordering of exhibitors
The list of created exhibitors can be sorted manually or ordered alphabetically.
Exhibitor QR codes
By scanning an exhibitor’s QR code, attendees will be directed straight to the exhibitor’s profile in the Eventee app. This update streamlines access to information, helping attendees connect instantly and explore the products and services on offer.
Overlapping sessions in the schedule
Event schedules at large conferences (or multi-tier ticket events) often feature sessions that overlap. This year's update allows you to create more complex and flexible schedules that fit your event needs.
Up to 3 members on trial accounts
Collaboration is key to successful event planning. To make things even easier, we've updated our trial account offering: event organizers can now invite up to 3 members to work together on an event before publishing.

This year, we made a big decision. Eventee is evolving from being the best attendee engagement app into the only tool you’ll need to create seamless, unforgettable event experiences.
Don’t worry, our focus may be expanding, but we are staying true to what you love most about Eventee and to the values we believe in. You will still be able to launch your event quickly and without the hassle.
