A lot has happened behind the scenes since our last update. We've been hard at work building features that help organizers save time, streamline operations, and create even better attendee experiences.
From faster event setup and smoother on-site check-ins to improved content moderation. With updates we've got on today's list, you'll get more done with less effort.
Let's dive right in!
🗓️ Schedule import
If you're tired of spending hours manually copying sessions into your event app, this update is for you.
Say goodbye to repetitive data entry and say hello to Schedule Import — your new favorite feature that lets you go from spreadsheet to event app in minutes. No matter if you're managing a packed multi-track conference or simply prefer organizing content in spreadsheets, Schedule Import makes getting your agenda into Eventee faster than ever. Upload your schedule file, map the data, and watch your interactive event program come to life.

🖨️ Badge label printing
First impressions matter, and registration is often the very first touchpoint of the day attendees experience.
That's why we've introduced Badge label printing, a new add-on designed to make check-in with Eventee faster and more professional.
The process is simple: scan the attendee, check them in, and their personalized badge label is printed instantly.
The result?
- No searching through stacks of badges = No unnecessary delays
- No handwritten name tags = Fewer manual errors
- No awkward first impressions = Happier attendees and less stress for your staff
To ensure your attendees walk in with a perfectly printed identity, Eventee lets you design your own event labels. You can easily include attendee names, QR codes, your event logo, and more.

🙌 Content moderation
Creating a positive event experience isn't only about content — it's also about ensuring attendees feel safe and comfortable interacting with one another.
With the latest Eventee release, we’ve introduced several new moderation features to support this.
Reporting tools
Attendees can report inappropriate content or problematic behavior directly within the platform. This gives organizers and moderators better visibility into issues and helps maintain a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
Content preferences
Attendees have the option to locally block other users and hide their content from view. This allows participants to personalize their experience and avoid unwanted interactions.
Control over networking connections
Attendees can remove connections from their networking list whenever they choose, giving them greater control over how they manage their professional relationships within the event.
