The holidays are knocking at the door, but we haven't slowed down a bit and are still working as hard as Santa's elves before Christmas! Today, we are proudly presenting you our first version of the feature Partners, which enables you to showcase your sponsors and exhibitors on the app, along with the other latest upgrades that Eventee 2.7 has to offer.

Let's take a closer look!

Partners 🤝

Having a dedicated place to showcase your partners at your event is a great way to increase the attractiveness of your event, especially to sponsors. Eventee offers you an opportunity to create this place right at attendees' fingertips, which makes it practically hard to be overlooked.

How it works? 🤔

The feature Partners lets you create sponsor and exhibitor profiles, which you can showcase to your attendees through both mobile and web app. These profiles appear in the Menu section of the mobile app. The web app displays them as a separate content section. They are easily customizable and may contain different content, from text and images, to links, call-to-action and social network buttons, clickable elements, or files.

Eventee's "Partners" feature offers a prominent and accessible way for event organizers to highlight sponsors and exhibitors, significantly enhancing the visibility and appeal of partnerships.
Partner profile content created in admin

Creating a profile is as easy as creating a website in a website-builder, you just need to choose and insert the desired sections and fill in the information. You can drag and drop the sections to change the order of created sections.

A well-designed and interactive partner section makes the event more attractive to current and potential sponsors, as it highlights the value and recognition they will receive.
Sections you can add to your partner profiles

Website options 🖥

There are two sections on the event's webpage that are related to your partners showcase - Sponsors and Partners. The main difference is in the purpose of these sections:

  • Sponsors is a section that displays clickable sponsors' logos, which take your attendees straight to the sponsors' websites.
  • Partners is a section that displays clickable partners' logos (that means both sponsors and exhibitors), which open partner profile cards with the content you created.
By giving sponsors and exhibitors their own space within the event app, Eventee helps increase the return on investment for partners by boosting their exposure to the audience.
Example of a partner profile on web app

Note: Sponsors can be displayed in both sections, while exhibitors only in the section Partners. So far, partners can not interact with attendees directly through the app, however we are planning to improve the Partners feature in the future versions of Eventee.

For more detailed guides on how to create your first partner on Eventee, check: How to showcase your sponsors and exhibitors.

Facebook Live 📹

Eventee supports streaming and video playback from tools like YouTube, Vimeo and Twitch. Newly, we have added Facebook Live to the list.

📝 See the complete list of all currently supported streaming, video hosting, and online meeting tools.

Due to Facebook policies, it is not possible to stream private streams through Eventee. Make sure your streams are publicly accessible if you want to embed your streams from Facebook Live.

More video sharing services will be coming in the future, so stay tuned for the updates!

We got rid of the review process ✂️

You don't have to wait for your event to be reviewed before it gets published anymore. Create your event and go online immediately.
