Planning for the future and motivating a team to join you along the way are the hallmarks of a successful leader. Incorporating scenario-based experiences under the guidance of nationally recognized eLearning champions, the ITC 2025 Leadership Academy will build on the American Association of Community College's six designated leadership competencies to expand your leadership skills. Cohort members will learn, explore, and collaborate with a faculty team of leaders and educators in community college from across the country through various workshops and activities. Each cohort member will return to their schools to use their new experiences to develop a capstone project and work with a mentor to create a personal leadership plan.
