About
NTAM 2025 - The WORLDS BEST ANAESTHETIC SKIING CONFERENCE.
NTAM was founded in 1999 by anaesthetists within the North Thames area of London but over the years has expanded to become a truly international meeting, routinely welcoming delegates and speakers from across the UK as well as from Europe, Australasia and North America.
NTAM prides itself on providing a highly educational and broad focus of discussion, focusing on the latest research and updates but also reviewing subjects that may be useful to the typical anaesthetist in day to day practice. The meeting maintains a very high satisfaction rating for its programme and accommodation. The meeting is accredited for 15 CPD credits from the Royal College of Anaesthetists, UK. All sessions are mapped to the Royal College of Anaesthetists' CPD Matrix.
This year we are delighted to welcome our plenary speaker Dr Tony Whitehouse. Dr Whitehouse is currently an Honorary Professor of Intensive Care Medicine in the Institute of Inflammation and Ageing and a Critical Care Consultant at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. He is lead for Clinical Critical Care Research in what is the UK’s largest intensive care unit. His research interests are expansive and include sepsis, septic shock, the gut microbiome and the applied pharmacology of critically ill patients
