About

We are excited to welcome you the 2024 national conference for the Australian Geography Teachers Association, which will be hosted in Darwin for the very first time. We have put together a program to enhance the teaching and learning of geography across Australia connected to our theme, A Sense of Place. Our theme will explore geographical themes relating to northern Australia, including tropical physical and human environments, First Nations culture and sustainable economic development in the north.
